Check out this incredible Star News article about Full Belly's long time friend, supporter and volunteer, Dr. Batish!
"Dr. Sanjay Batish, his wife Sonali and their children Roshun, Divia and Deepok left their Magnolia Greens home in late July and traveled for two weeks to areas in and around the city of Arusha in northern Tanzania.
They were delivering machinery crafted by the Wilmington-based Full Belly Project, a non-profit that tries to develop easy-to-assemble and easy-to-use technology that can solve basic problems in the developing world.
“A friend told me about Full Belly maybe 16 or 17 years ago,” Dr. Batish said, “and I found a lot of value in it.”"
